I understand the volitility of speccy stocks, which is why I am in them. But as you put, if I wanted stocks to blindly follow the index then I would buy blue chip.

Instead, I am in speccy stocks that blindly follow the index multiplied by a factor of 6.

Just because I am not selling today doesn't mean I am not bemused by the sell off.
