ozl I think is one of the few resource companies that have any cash and the potential to raise cash

Michelmore said we could raise $4 bn

most companies dont have a) cash or b) cashflow from mines so they can't raise money

if we don't take them over they are stuffed.

we can pick and choose who we want

GBG might get lucky, but gee they would be lucky

there are hell of a lot of good projects out there to choose from.

Michelmore has mentioned iron ore but he is also interested in coal seam gas and energy projects in asia.

anyway it all depends on the quality of the project and the price.

if gbg shareholders want to be takenover they better sell cheap or we'll just look else where.
