Bargain is a relative term, it was a bargain at $3.50 mid 2010 since it went up to $5.50 early 2011, but a year later it was worth $1.50, and 2 years later (now) less than 50c.

I think we all think that if PDN survive the next 2-3 years then yes the current price is "a bargain". Having said that as I have been saying for some time now I am waiting for 30c. That will allow me 33% more shares for the same outlay as buying at 40c. If and when the SP gets back to dollars per share instead of cents that will be no small amount.

If price keeps falling below 30c then so be it, if it shows steady climbing from 40c to 50c, buy at 50c as it 'recovers'. Just my strategy, I'm no expert, far from it.
