i would love to see one, just one Australian, go down to spotlight, purchase the material, draw up the design and construct a national flag worth running up a pole and flying if they are so attached to this flag
Flags to me are unfurled at parliament, ceremonies, funerals, meetings of state.. that to me is where they have an impact.. they signify something greater
on the antenna, bullbar, front fence, draped across shoulders, on a roof lessens the impact and confronts those not flying a flag to almost 'prove' their patriotism
i don't see it as in any way patriotic but I certainly don't oppose people doing it
someone volunteering for meals on wheels is more patriotic than a flag bearer IMHO
with the flag, the attention immediately moves to the flyer for a racial verification and then once confirmed they are green lit to join the mob
