ok - I put treefern on a spot there and I apologise if it got uncomfortable - but, here's the reasoning - for both of you

in a discussion about 'right wing policies' -------------- in Australia atm - certainly --------

it's a case of 'what right wing policies?' - not just rw policies worthy of consideration -

but, what rw policies at all????

    Look at Dutton -
his nuclear plan ------------ there's not a right wing idea within cooee - his entire nuclear plan is way way way way out to the left

his coles and woolies plan - not a right wing thing to be seen - again - way way way left

and his latest - tax for rural --------- that's not right wing - that's again - LEFT.

IMO - there are no right wing policies - let alone any that are worthy of consideration.

One sees the same in France - to a different degree -------- all the far right policies and sprouting before the elections - when they got traction in the EU election -

when it came to the French elections - the promises got watered down so rapidly it was like tasteless cordial --------------- why?

well, there's that question again ---------- and IMO - same reason why Morrison and then Dutto even more - have swung wildly left -

because - right wing stuff CANNOT work in a rapidly changing technological society which brings rapid societal change with it

Duddo atm is making Albo and Labor look like right wing extremists ----- IMO
