I don't think KAH is interested in scrip and I don't think PDN have a financier willing to let it amass such a big debt. For a start you have RIO with a big surplus cash and BHP with an even bigger cash pile both have stated they are looking at bolt on acquisition. Take your pick between the Koreans, Chinese and Japanese. That kind of bidding war is what I favor because it comes down to security of supply rather than dollar and cents on the fair value to be paid on an asset.
