Did Jason mention why the previous CFO Maritz Smith chose to leave CCC after 6 Mths, this seems to have been a hush hush announcement. Looking at his renumeration he was like on $350K+ and had good credentials, if CCC had such a bright future why did he leave?

Every Quarter we seem to get the standard response from Management of VANMAG will be finalised this quarter. I've lost track of this since 2009.

On another note, AGM is coming up. Shareholders please vote if you want to keep this Management. I voted "NO" to all, as I've had a gut full from this Management. Time for a fresh start in my books, that is the only way for the SP to move UP.
