I dont see government bending over backwards to support hospitals. Has any state gov increased funding to hospitals that see's a on the floor benefit. More beds and more staff? All I see from my Territory is lip service. Nothing real on the floor though.
So lets assume we can control hospital admissions. Here is a list that will halve beds required in hospitals.
Ban smoking
Ban fast foods
Ban recreational drugs
Ban Alcohol
Make activities mandatory for school aged children
Govern all car speeds to the local speed limit. The technology cannot be hard to do that
How worried do you really think the gov is about clogging up our hospitals. They do not give one flying flip of the finger at you or me
