Just a thought seeing that you have been about a bit. Every seen a bitch protect her pups, mare protect her foal, magpie protect its young etc etc.
Just a thought and bit of fun, give your quite pet dog a leg of pork in a babies jump suit. Now get that smart dog to take that leg out and eat it with out covering it in blood and not tearing the said jumpsuit. The very jumps suit that was found months later after the search by people and dogs.
As a bit of extra fun get a blood soaked rag or even better a jumpsuit and loan it to pack of hungry dogs or dingoes and see how intact that piece of rag is after a few minutes let alone a few weeks. Just saying because it is kinda a bit hard to understand having been hatched and bred in the bush.
