4 cups sifted flour
1.3 cups warm water
¼ cup powdered milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
7.5 gm package dry yeast
Kneel for 10 minutes
Roll into a thin layer
Oil pan and place dough
Sauce made by blending in a food processor:
250 gm tomatoes in heavy puree or add some tomato sauce / paste / puree to taste
1 tablespoon capsicum
1 teaspoon onion
1 clove fresh garlic
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the pizza
Top with mozzarella cheese and other toppings of your choice
