I've just stumbled upon this earlier thread. Interesting that it was 'shut down' so quickly. (Disclaimer - I'm a shareholder in both ALC and PKS).
I would suggest there are many ways that both companies would benefit from a 'tie up'.
The recently appointed CEO of PKS has in very small part the following work history.
"In 2007, I launched NHS Choices, the national online health information service in the UK (www.nhs.uk) which now reports around 50 million users per month".
"....in Australia, as Chief Executive of the Australian Digital Health Agency (2016-20) and in England, as NHS National Director for Patients and Information (2012-15). I was also National Information Director for health and care in England and Chair of the National Information Board and, before that, the British government's first Executive Director of Transparency and Open Data".
He might just know his way around the NHS.
