Since getting rid of Cleanaway, which only represented a small portion of the Brambles franchise anyway, i have been a little concerned regarding the price performance of BXB. Although has come back strongly of late.
Will be interesting to see how the next 12months pans out for Brambles, losing Pepsi was a big blow, I think the price shed over 10% that day. Its no longer a stalwart u can leave in the portfolio and not worry about, and i think its only franking its divs 30% these days too.
That said, Im confident management can compete against current challenges and improve the CHEP product at a cost which doesnt adversely affect the coys bottom line in a detrimental fashion in the med-long term.
