the burden of PLL’s resource woes is such it necessitated thinking early on downstream processing, to lithium hydroxide. Cobalt price and lithium price highly twinned going forward....and very dependent on one country in the middle of Africa....even if cobalt reduced per battery, the graph on cobalt demand points upwards...well known facts
