It depends. I like to look at Canaccord because they actually go and visit the mines and speak to the company a lot.
Looking at their estimates is also a good way to see how things are going. If the general consensus is that EPS is 0.06 and then PLS deliver 0.10 then PLS will skyrocket. So they do have their time and place.
