That wasn't a quote from Tony - the quotation marks had ended by then. That was my own personal opinion based on the fact that - as opposed to last year when we were in discussions with certain parties - we do not need any help right now (cash is king).
Thus, IF there was to be a t/over offer (which is what this thread is discussing) or offer for a major shareholding in next year or so, then PLV would be in a great position to negotiate and walk away if it wasn't in shareholders' best interests.
I don't think t/over offer will come, tho as I said we MAY end up with a new major shareholder. Anyway, if someone does say to Tony we'd like to buy Pluton or a major share of it then, given the cash on hand and fact we own the whole resource, Tony and his team 'hold the aces' so to speak.
Why would that make you uncomfortable?
