I ahve long suspected that the figured used for creation of jobs were false . What I think they are doing is this
Government gives contract for road building requires 5o workers
government claims it created 50 jobs
contract is completed
government gives contract for new road creation requires 60 workers
government claims it created 60 jobs reality it created 10 jobs this time
