Your question is not wholly unfounded as it does give one cause one to think.... but you need to look at the matter again and perhaps re=phrase your question.

Whether you do that or not, your question as it stands is invalid as everyone knows that all employment statistics embrace and include both private and public sector employment.

Not according to the Gospel of Gillysrooms. Public sector employment is defined as unemployment according to the Gospel of Gillysrooms.
