I'm aware that many voters both LNP and ALP would object to.giving free money to the unemployable but if better explained there are many properties owners who would rather have tenants who have a reliable source of income to pay rent without falling behind due to having their benefits stopped for not attending appointment s during extreme weather days is during wet rainy or hot weather days because most unemployed do not have private vehicle transport modes to battle inclement weather.

Voters are generally logical and fair.people if it is explained to them the futility of requiring all the 2 million unemployed to apply for the few thousand new world jobs being created today. Most of the new world jobs will imo be for newly educated uni students or recycled currently employed people. If anyone can provide accurate figures to refute my claim I would be pleased.

I disagree with your graph showing prices will drop off and affect stamp duty collections and even if it did to some degree it would increase supply to enable first home buyers a better chance to buy a home and it not the job of the government to protect current owners or their bankers if your theory of prices diding equilibrium. It's the RBA which would pull their levers to protect or let the banks fail.

The new RBA governor Phillip Lowe has made some startling statements recently indicating him wanting to encourage wage rises and more inflation but how would he handle your theory of prices drops in properties if the federal CGT were illuminated on on realestate?

Imo a modern 21st Century it's about time we considered giving the unemployable a holiday from looking for work because we really don't want the theory of gaining full employment status because the RBA would inevitably increase interests on all current borrowers by perhaps 100% or more. The cost of paying the unemployed would imo much cheaper than the resultant increase in interest rates on all the 81- 94% people in jobs.
