What employers pay to employ smart people is not my concern. They are at liberty to employ stupid people as some still do and lose more than they make. Some of the stupid people are their own family members who drag their businesses and potential down but that's their choice. Some big businesses employ University graduates which are dumb compared to the smarter people without uni graduate degrees and the lose money too. Thats free enterprise for you lol lots of mistakes are made by smart people too like on the chess board.
Lots public sector workers are both stupid and lazy because the unions allow them to be like that dragging everyone into dark ages.
