Hi to All.
To those who think or believe that a consolidation is needed and it will be a good move by the company because it will give the company a far better image to attract investors to me is just a load of rubbish. Here is my reasons why l think its just garbage talk.
First of all, before any consolidation, how many of our directors other than most recent (P.Garratt) or board members and admin staff are actual shareholders and when l say shareholders, l mean shares 'they' bought with 'their' hard earned savings (not bonuses),

In the 'Market Sensitive' announcements and quarterly release it has been stated that production is up, reduction in costs, processing facility has been running safely with no time lost and a whole lot more to mention, but unfortunately none of this changed the share value.
It also mentions about reducing small parcels of shares (over 4000 share holders), mind you these are people who would have bought in at 5 to 9 times what the value is at today. (totalling millions of dollars)
Having said all that and to cut a long story short a consolidation in the eyes of a very few is suppose to perform a miraculous turnaround is it,
l think before the consolidation the stratergy should be every director, board member and admin staff to declare (if haven't done so) further investments in EGO, that way it will give everyone more confidence that things will continue to go well after consolidation, otherwise, what is the point of attracting other investors into EGO when you are already trying to reduce the current numbers by 4000+. Without this form of confidence in place, most of us will not want to see a consolidation because it will give more room for the share value to drop even further.
Are we then going to reduce small parcel holders again??????
Empires reputation has already been tarnished by the former group with their sophisticated investors and we don't need further bad news out there otherwise to me this sounds like a more modern way of robbing people……. the message then would be 'we send others broke to keep our jobs'
