I'd suggest that for every couple that got pregnant out of boredom, there are a few couples where things haven't been so rosy being in close proximity 24/7.

As an anecdote for the current state of Perth apartments, I don't think I've ever seen an add for apartments on TV pre-Covid. This morning there were 3 separate apartment buildings advertised in a single add break (Applecross, Perth CBD, Fremantle)
