I agree, people just waiting and seeing.
i see this an an accumulation time, no harm to get the stock cheaper the same time spring tree plays teh field.
will be funny if the next announcement (even a small one - like gardisol) change market sentiment.
Major information will come through in October 20th or so during a german science fest...this will get more focus on prr is my guess. Will also sort out the finacing plan to replace ST around the same time (another guess)
