If management had any impression that the business was not solvent, there would be no way this distribution would be paid.
The consequences are far too great for such a decision.
I would anticipate that management has assessed forecasts and budgets before making such a decision. They know that the spotlight is on them like never before, and as such, would not have made this decision without knowing the future of the company is looking financially sound.
From a share price point of view, this very well may be the start of the road to recovery, or at least assist with the bottoming out of the SP.
An interesting few days of trade ahead for all holders.
