Just want to correct this that I wrote:

"I read somewhere (on a hybrid info piece- not necessarily related to PXUPA) that a choice in the process is to give 105% underlying ords. Whilst the ords price might be distressed now, that is still $105 worth of ords for the PXUPA price."

The above is wrong. :) It should say 2.5% discount to the ords or $102.5 worth of ords. Found (and reread!) in a FIIG article on hybrids written 1st April, 2011. Don't want to mislead.
