    This has happenned before. sometimes people seem to know something. Sometimes it has been panic. hard to imagine this volume without some insto making a educated call that they are not going to see their dividend. That said, it is now 40c in the dollar to buy PPX subordinate debt. The banks are still lending to them and they have more info than us.
