That could mean anything, couldn't it? Surely you don't need a long TH unless there's going to be a significant effect.

Normally when a sp rises sharply ahead of an unexpected announcement it's because the market's got wind of the news.

People don't usually push a sp up 90% because they think there's going to be one, but they don't know what. If it is good news, I think the regulator might take an interest.

And if it's bad news, it more often sinks like a stone in advance. I've seen that often enough.

I can't quite see how PXUPA might be affected by an 'internal restructure'.

I've changed my sentiment until we see what's what.
