I'm up near the top when it comes to QHL optimists.
However, this was discussed on HC back in November. The reality is the work in maintenance contracts will be limited to panel damage/replacement.
I think the forum conclusion was that while not insignificant, it was not expected to be a major money spinner.
That may explain why QHL have not voiced on the topic?
