I suspect the reason QHL arent talking about this is because it is so far in the future. If they released an announcement, then they would get berated for wishy washy potential contracts so far in the future.
My thoughts, where I see this company by say 2020+, $60m MC change will indeed be small (albeit still not insignificant).
