Chart definitely is not indicating a bottom in the near future. Minimal volume going thru at current level indicating that there is no panic selling but also the big guys with money don't believe 15c is a bargain yet. Why aren't the top 20 buying QTK? They must believe it is going down further. The "insiders" are no longer buying, which includes management, Pratt, Apex, etc. They are either going to get shares when/if QTK lists on the Hong Kong stock exchange, if/when another placement occurs and no doubt oppies will be given to them, or they no longer believe QTK is a worthy investment. While we don't know the answer it is smarter to sit on the sidelines IMO. I note Smuggler is not so confident any more judging by his reply to Infoseeker. The most exuberant and arrogant often get screwed the most in these spec. stocks with "dubious" management and a colourful history
