There is a lot to like about QPM, the lack of any mining risk and high grade ore from NC, the technology of both DNi and CSIRO meaning lowest quartile CAPEX/OPEX, the broad range of in-demand products with attached MoU's from key industry players and the very green credentials that will mean premium pricing. For all those reasons I topped up this week to have a nice round 1M shares.
But what is holding me back from buying more just now is the high number of shares on issue, uncertainty (on my part) around how tightly held those shares are and the path to funding without significant dilution. Hopefully QPM can tap into the NAIF/EFA funding but there will still need to be a large equity component and how will that be dealt with?
Does anyone have a firm view on when the DFS will drop as that will give us a lot more financial info to work with?
