Although many say RAC is worth $30 to $100+ per share I think a good number would sell around $10 or less because of one of the following:
1. Tired of waiting
2. Want to or already retired & need the $$$
3. Will be dead soon
4. Young but need $$$ to put towards a family home, houses seem to keep rising in cost....
5. Lost confidence in achieving > $10
