Racist attitudes, thoughts ,actions and policies whether by individuals or institutions occurs with the accompaniment of systems of power. Logically the attainnent of power by the powerless individual/s or institutions therefore leads to racist policies, actions, thought and attitudes. The defintion of ant-racism is the attainment of power in order to invert the racist power dynamic thus maintaining the racist cycle for the proponent.
