Yes agree....it's also an irrational fear toward anybody...

    Yes agree....it's also an irrational fear toward anybody different to themselves. All of what you mentioned can be added to the mix, also a lack of experiences in life such as overseas travel to open the mind. It must be debilitating to live like that, but I guess they think it's normal. The same irrational fear can be seen when women get discussed, or gays etc...... Such a limited mindset.
