    Earthmoving/Trucking equipment, etc, would all be Contractor supplied, at industry competitive rates, so no capex there .Current rail line is for cane trains only; certainly unsuitable for Bauxite haulage ...
    Load out facilities at the Port would be to Port supply and useage, by QBL, should be at market-acceptable rates..
    OPEX, where applicable would be at market competitive rates...
