I work at the RBA & have to say I think our board has lost the plot in raising rates. Putting them up (the last two) is not going to do anything to reduce inflation as it is being driven more by global factors - not domestic supply & demand. Most notably it is oil. Everything is transported & has an oil component in the cost. The RBA Board will only realise this when the housing market collapses.
