Why subsidise? Mitigate the competition by accepting their concentrate to process. As it is the Chinese plant has agreements for 100% of its output. What is wrong in GXY modifying the plant to accept more feedstock and sell more than 100%. As I understand it RDR and its JV partner are/were planning a processing plant similar to GXY's to be built in Malaysia and using same consultants as did GXY. Check out RDR's announcements of a couple of months ago.
