well thought out, Big Californian Tree. I mean really well thought out. And the project size does not really matter to NCM since they already have 'the project'. This is just a bolt on. And all the drama re building a plant can vanish. It is too easy. I worry that RRL can do permanent damage to McPhils. I mean if they get knocked back, then NCM may have no interest to deal with the tainted project. That is, if it is knocked back re water, then the local hippies can knock it back for just digging a hole in ground (no water / processing required).
