Disclosure - I have a massive vested interest in the area and RRL getting up. I just signed a contract today to buy a block of land between Cadia and McPhills - this is why I have been talking to council inspecting every road, nook and cranny in the bathurst, Orange, Blayney triangle. Add that to over 100,000 units in RRL ... I really don't believe in diversification....you tend to care more your investment when you this heavily invested. Some days I trim, some days increase.
Though I promise to find anti-Happy clapper arguments as well as the positive nugget stories.

It's also interesting to note that the arguments for transitory inflation is very mixed as well. Some are in agreement, some are saying stagflation, some are saying deflation after the base effect numbers of inflation pass through the system,
FYI - The base effect is the distortion in a monthly inflation figure that results from abnormally high or low levels of inflation in the year-ago month. A base effect can make it difficult to accurately assess inflation levels over time. It diminishes over time if inflation levels are relatively constant
