is renting still "dead" money ???

    the amount of people who use the term..renting is dead money...may be wrong..

    Those who decided to rent fro the last 3 years rather than buy 3 years ago..I am sure are well in front on the $$ side of things...

    The pendulem seems to always extend too far one way...then the other.... property buyers were the winners till about 3 years ago as they may have had capital appreciation to offset the higher costs in buying vs renting...but as properties stagnate or decline...theya re worse off..

    So those who are looking to make a choice now...what should they do...
    Buys a property worth say $300K - $350K or rent it for $350 a week?
