I rent and spend a lot of money on holidays, however I dont view it as dead money I view it as an investment in life itself
the number one priority of most people on this site is wealth creation which is fine however everyone has their own priorities and views on life....my opinion is investing in residential property is dead time and dead money, give me holidays and life experiences any day!
I have been a property owner and investor and just prefer to be neither at this point as I dont see any upside. Happy to enjoy life in the mean time and invest elsewhere. If people can make a buck out of property, good for them
