It does make sense for this to happen.
I think OZL didn't take its position in SFR until the BFS was released, and they probably wished they went in for the kill at that time.
The other point to remember is that OZL own 40% of TOE.
They already have state approval for the UR mine and the federal decision is expected soon(March at the latest).
If that project goes ahead that could possibly take up a good chunk of their war chest.
All this said I would be surprised if OZL didn't want to be involved in the Hillside project some form.
I also wouldn't be surprised if someone from out of left field got involved.
All just my opinion.
