look guys i dont think i need to prove my credibility.
Its textbook, on the announcement of a rights issue, the shareprice generally gravitates to the issue price of the rights - as that is seen as a mean valuation.
Similar for dividends. When you annouce a dividend, the market would incrementally increase the shareprice to reflect the div, but once it is payed out.. then the market would decrease my the amount of which the div was.
look through history, and time shows.
so davey take your accusations else where, do some research or read a book.
