IMO court case came up now and not in March because since the last CR they currently have some cash in the bank and those ROAM systems shareholders are gunning for it.

It is totally related to the Roame- they will argue that a substantial part of the Roame IP was a product of their funding and was vended into IOT without consent of or consideration for the plaintiffs. That has follow/on implications for both Kantor and IOT
