Strongly doubt it mate. They were a couple of property guys with no IT knowledge that were given minor equity of Roam Systems. They gave $300k to SK and were promised options. This is nothing more than a share grab IMO. Nothing to do with IP, nothing to do with product. They sat on it and waited until this point when they see there's a potential for IOT to make money and want a piece of the action.
