Minor as in SK was the majority shareholder. I'm not privy to the circumstances of the arrangement they had - whether there were agreements in place, what expectations/return was expected etc. I'm sure this is what the court case will uncover. If he has to give them shares in IOT so be in - it's not coming out of my lot haha. SK has enough options/shares to give it to them if that is what they are owed.
