8. They are not transparent because in early stages of business - which i am sure you know - it is all about SUrViVAL. Imagine if they said product delays right before the CR? That wouldn't really make sense. Start ups are risky - ealrly stage are only about survival! Not catering to the needs of fussy demanding shareholders.
