I spoke with them on the 29 th and negotiations are are in play to sell the american govnment leased building as a whole
Should this happen the whole gearing levels of this company is in the acceptable level.
If this occured at reasonable prices ,say around 10 % less than book value shares price will take off
Reward/Risk factor could pay off big time
