yep, i'm interested. i think there's value there, too, but of course it's all subject to them realising the assets well. i don't think this is impossible and given the price could easy result in a capital pay out of 70+ cents. we must've forget that AFG and Kinghorn will be pushing for a successful sale as much as possible. it's likely that everyone's lost interest simply because organic growth isn't likely, but as a return on current shareprices it's a total bargain.
