Prior to the GFC a headline line "President declares national emergency" would have sent the market down 10%, not up.
Buying strategic oil is not increasing demand, it just moves it from an oil well to a tank. Oil up 6% because of this?
Sounds delusional to me.
The fact is more stimulus is confirmed, cruise lines and air industry will need bail outs, its just more debt on top of debt.
