But what is annoying that a lot of these goldies hedge on the way up and nothing on the way down until it start threatening their business just before gold price spikes! A lot of people are now talking like if gold will drop back to US$1,100 or less. Frankly I don't know but if people think that it will continue falling.

I think right now would be prudent for some of the companies that don't have good hedges in place to secure themselves. After all the price is still very high and a lot should be making amazing margins at these prices.
